We do record all customer transactions, which are typical in any online store, and allow us to follow up any delivery or other issues with your order.
We will not be sending you direct promotional material, but will use Facebook and our blog to provide information on any new products or promotions, so please check these periodically if you want to see what’s happening in our world.
Faulty or Defective Products
All Hanayama puzzles have been test assembled before packaging and are in perfect working condition. They never require force to open them and may break if placed under pressure. In this circumstance we do not consider them to be faulty and they will not be replaced or refunded.
However, in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty or defective product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can, so we can meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and take care of it promptly for you.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase and we do our utmost to ensure that you have accurate shipping information and that everything reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that occasionally you might want to return goods to us. If for any reason you’re not happy with our products, return them to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them, no questions asked.
Please note that:
If goods are faulty we will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
All refunds are for goods only, we do not refund your delivery costs but any replacement items will be sent free of charge.
We will only accept goods that are unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original undamaged/unaltered packaging.
We will only accept goods returned with prior notification.
We recommend that you send your parcel recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds or exchanges for items bought as gifts can only be given to the person who bought the gift.
We endeavour to process returns and exchanges as soon as we can.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods have been used, or if the original packaging has been altered or damaged in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are returned later than 14 days after purchase.
This Refund & Exchange Policy excludes all sale items.
KG Agencies Ltd reserves the right to change product prices without notice. All product prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
We update our website regularly, however, there may be a case where an item has sold out between the time we update and the time you place an order. We endeavour to notify you as soon as possible should this be the case.
Method of Shipping and Delivery
We are able to provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package online while in transit. If sent by courier and no one is home at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left. Your parcel will then be taken to your closest depot awaiting collection or re-delivery. If this occurs please contact the courier firm directly.
Please note that we cannot deliver by courier to a PO Box address.
